Warranty Support for FlightPower products purchased and used anywhere in North America: All FlightPower products carry a 3 month general warranty commencing at the date of purchase. If you are a retailer or pilot, please feel free to contact FlightPower USA if you feel you have a purchased a FlightPower product that falls below your high expectations by way of materials or workmanship and expect to receive courteous and immediate assistance.
50% Crash Cover. In the unfortunate event that your FlightPower product suffers crash damage, feel free to contact FlightPower USA, and upon providing evidence of crashed aircraft and pack(s), FlightPower USA is able to offer a replacement pack or packs at 50% of the recommended US Dollar selling price shown elsewhere on this website, plus shipping.
Event Support: Meet the guys at most of the major events in the US calendar, just look out for the shirts and banners. At a number of events, FlightPower USA will have a booth and/or electric flight line area and be able to offer assistance with plane or heli setups often assisted by members of Team FlightPower USA.
